Funky Monkeys is open 7 days a week from 9.30/10am – 6pm Mon-Sat and 9.30am/12pm – 6pm on Sundays. However check with your local centre before travelling.

Do you open on Bank Holidays?
Yes we are open all year round – with the exception of Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Years Day & Easter Sunday. However check with your local centre as other days may apply.
What age group does Funky Monkeys Cater for?
We cater for children 8 years and under. There is also a height restriction of 4ft 5 inches.
What should my child wear to use the equipment?
We recommend that children wear long sleeved tops and trousers. Socks are compulsory to maintain our high levels of hygiene. Shoes are not permitted on the play equipment.
Do you accept credit and debit cards?
Yes we accept both.
Can anyone come and use the cafe?
No only adults who accompany a paying child have access to our café facilities.
What does your membership scheme involve?
Funky Monkeys membership is a monthly membership which is collected by Direct Debit on the 1st day of every month. The membership gives you unlimited access to all our centres. In your local centre ONLY you are given 15% discount off birthday parties and café purchases.
Can I self-cater for a child’s birthday party?
No. Due to health and safety regulations we are unable to allow this. However, we do offer a great value birthday package.
Can I bring cake and party bags to my child’s party?
Yes! We however provide the party food for your party. All parents are required to bring along the main event – the birthday cake!
(Please don’t bring any knives as we will cut it for you.)
How long does your birthday party last?
All our birthday parties last for 2 hours. During this time you will have a dedicated party host for your party.

- Party invitations are provided upon payment of your deposit
Are there minimum numbers of children required for your birthday parties?
Yes, We require a minimum of 10 children per party and for VIP (Private) Parties we require a minimum of 20 children per party.
Are you a drop off facility?
No, we at Funky Monkeys do not at any time take responsibility for the supervision of children. It is the responsibility of the parent/guardian to remain on the premises at all times and supervise their children.
Is there car parking?
Yes, all our centres have very good parking facilities which make it easy for both the parent and child to gain access to our centres easily.
Can Adults get in on the fun?
Absolutely, we encourage all parents to get into the playframe and experience the fun with their kids.
Can we bring our own food and drink?
For health and safety reasons no food can be brought into the centre (with the exception of birthday cake, baby milk and baby food). We have a fully operational café in all our centres to meet your requirements.
