Funky Monkeys is more than just an indoor play centre!

Aimed at children aged 8 years and under and under the height of 4ft 5inches our play frame equipment has been specifically designed through the recognition that children can learn and develop their minds through play. Funky Monkeys also offers great party facilities with private party rooms, party food and party hosts.

Not forgetting parents have needs too, Funky Monkeys offers an environment in which parents can relax while their child explores and navigates their way around the equipment. You will find “todays” newspapers and high quality, delicious food and beverages within the café.

With currently 8 play centres operating across the UK and Ireland, Funky Monkeys is now recognised as the leading indoor play operator in both jurisdictions for the Under 8’s.

Meet the Funky Monkeys Family

Funky

Funky is the leader of the gang and he loves eating bananas from the café – well not just bananas but any of the fruit that the café has to offer! Funky loves to swing from the big climbing frame.

Henry

Henry is the male elephant in the Funky Monkeys family – he loves music and dancing, look at him move! He helps Mikey at his garage to wash the cars in the Funky Monkeys Car Wash using his nose just like a hose to spray the cars clean! Then, after a hard day washing cars, he loves to tuck into an Italian Job Panini in the café.

Mikey

What can we say about Mikey? His hair is always spiked up and he is forever in a rush to get to his garage in Funky Monkeys – there is always so much to do! At the end of a day you will always see Mikey in the Funky Monkeys Café getting stuck into a tasty meal or snack.

Ellie

Ellie is the female elephant in the Funky Monkeys family – she loves to be in charge and organise things in Funky Monkeys. Watch out for Ellie in our café, she likes everyone to queue up and wait their turn! She enjoys our delicious toasted sandwiches and uses her long nose to eat them!

Rollie

Rollie is the rhinoceros in the Funky Monkeys family – he loves to run around and play in the Toddlers Area in Funky Monkeys. Watch out for Rollie in our café, because unless you get there before him, all the food might be gone! Rollie’s next favourite thing after playing all day are the Funky Monkeys yummy chicken nuggets!

Monty

Monty is our friendly snake in Funky Monkeys and likes to slither up the Funkys Monkeys Wavy Slide and then whizz back down again – up and down the Wavy Slide all day – that’s Monty, he never stops – can you keep up with him? Monty just loves to visit the Funky Monkeys café and taste the delicious mexican toasted wrap washed down with a refreshing slushie.

Suzie

Suzie has her own house in Funky Monkeys and you can visit her at Suzie’s House in our play frames – you can drop in anytime, she loves visitors! If you are good, Suzie might take to you to the Funky Monkeys Café and share a big mug of Funky Monkeys Hot Chocolate!

Flip

Flip just loves hopping around the Funky Monkeys Football Pitch saving shots and scoring goals – and when he scores he jumps up in the air just like this! Flip always fills up at the Funky Monkeys Café with a delicious wrap before a hard game of football – to make sure he can play all day – can you beat Flip at a game of football?

Lofty

Meet Lofty the giraffe – the tallest member of the Funky Monkeys family ! Lofty loves the Funky Monkeys Dizzy Disc, see if you can catch him – if you are not too scared! Lofty also loves to eat Funky Monkeys panini’s from the café – they keep him going all day long.

Leon

Leon is always running around but is always careful to watch where he is going! Leon is the fastest member of the Funky family and loves to run to the top of the Funky Monkeys Aerial Glide and then slide straight into the Funky Monkeys Café. His favourite thing to do in the café is to get stuck into a Chilli Chicken Panini!
