Membership entitles the named child to the following benefits:
1. Unlimited free entry to our Soft Play Centres, Monday to Sunday during normal opening hours (excluding closure days).
2. Free biscuits and a cup of juice from Monday to Friday, 9:30am – 11:30am during term time only.
3. 15% off birthday party bookings, which must be booked in centre. This discount cannot be used for online bookings.
4. 15% off at the Soft Play Café.
5. Memberships purchased in the UK can be used at any UK Funky Monkeys Soft Play Centre and memberships purchased in Ireland can be used at any Irish Funky Monkeys Soft Play Centre.

6. Members must follow Funky Monkeys Soft Play Centre safety rules at all times, which are readily available in centre. You can also find these in the Pre-Visit Information section of our website.
7. Opening times are centre specific and may be different during term time and holiday periods. Please visit your local centre’s page for more information on the opening times for your preferred location.
8. We reserve the right to close the centres early to host private parties or for other reasons. We also reserve the right from time to time to restrict entry to the centre if we are at our maximum capacity. Play time will be restricted to 90 minutes during busy periods. We will endeavour to ensure that the dates and times of the private parties are posted on our social media channels at least 7 days in advance.
9. Funky Monkeys reserves the right, at its reasonable discretion, to refuse admission, ask a member to leave the centre, or suspend or terminate the membership where a member is considered to be acting in a manner that disrupts or negatively impacts other members, customers, or guests; misuses the centre’s facilities, breaches any of the centre rules, or otherwise engages in conduct deemed inappropriate by Funky Monkeys.
10. After purchasing a Soft Play Membership, during your first visit you will be asked for your confirmation email as proof of purchase of your membership. A photograph will be taken of the named child/children on the membership. This will then be uploaded to the membership account, and you will be issued a physical membership card.
11. Members are required to carry their membership card when visiting the centres and must produce their card to gain entry to the centre for the named child/children on the membership only. A £2.50/€2.50 administration fee will be charged for replacement cards.
12. Personal information and data provided to Funky Monkeys will only be used for the purpose of processing your membership application and updating you with any changes to the membership as and when they occur. All data is stored safely and securely following GDPR regulations.
13. Payment for Soft Play memberships is taken via Direct Debit on the 1st of every month.
14. We are unable to pause memberships at any time.
15. If you miss a payment, this will result in your membership being cancelled automatically, and you will be required to purchase a new membership, and also pay the applicable joining fee.
16. Memberships are non-refundable.
17. Fees and charges are reviewed periodically. Members will be given one months’ written notice of any changes and will be required to pay any revised dues from the date at which it becomes applicable. Members may of course give written notice if they do not wish to remain members after such a revision.
18. If you wish to cancel your membership, we require one months’ written notice via email to [email protected].
19. It is your responsibility to cancel the direct debit mandate with your bank if you are cancelling your membership.
20. Funky Monkeys may need to amend these terms and conditions from time to time. Details of any changes will be communicated to you via the email address you have provided. You can opt out from receiving any communication from Funky Monkeys.
