Membership entitles the named child free entry 7 days per week to all of our Indoor Activity Centres during pay to play sessions
Pay to play opening times are 9.30/10am-6pm Mon – Sat & 9.30am/12pm-6pm on Sun (centres have different opening times so it’s important that you check with the centre before setting off for your visit), however, on occasion we reserve the right to close the centres early to host private parties or for other reasons. We also reserve the right from time to time to restrict entry to the centre if we are at our maximum capacity level. Play will be restricted to 90 minutes at busy periods. We will endeavour to ensure that the dates and times of the private parties are posted on the website at least 7 days in advance. The dates and times will also be posted on the notice board within the affected centre.
The named child can also enjoy free biscuits and juice Mon – Fri between 9.30*am – 11.30am during Term Time only (*From 10am for centres that open at 10am).
One month’s written notice is required to terminate your membership.
If you leave and rejoin a new joining fee will be payable unless a special promotion is in place.
Membership is non-refundable.
Members are required to carry their membership card when visiting the centres and must produce their card to gain entry to the centre. A £2.50/€2.50 administration fee will be charged for replacement cards
Fees and charges are reviewed periodically. Members will be given one months written notice of any changes and will be required to pay any revised dues from the date at which it becomes applicable. Members may of course give written notice if they do not wish to remain members after such a revision.
If any member shall, in the reasonable opinion of Funky Monkeys, cause nuisance or annoyance to other members, customers or guests, misuse the centre facilities, breach the centre rules or behave in any way that the centre deems inappropriate, Funky Monkeys reserves the right to refuse admission and/or expel or suspend that member forthwith. The Centre Manager has the authority to terminate the membership if he/she reasonably holds that the member has behaved in the manner alleged.
Personal information and data provided to Funky Monkeys will be used for the purpose of processing your membership application and, if accepted providing the centre facilities to you. Funky Monkeys may from time to time send you information about Funky Monkeys and may also pass on your details to other companies so that they may send you selected information that may be of interest to you.
Funky Monkeys may need to amend these terms and conditions from time to time. Details of any changes will be displayed on the Centre notice boards
It is your responsibility to cancel the Bankers Order with your Bank.
